Experience from any of below

Business system (securities (equities, bonds))
  Procurement and implementation of business
  applications
  Change management and set-up of business
  applications
  Implementation of routines and regulations 

Change management
  Development and implementation of processes
  complience of regulations (Mifid, SEPA, IFRS etc)
  testing and test management

Project assignment
Project management and/or Sub project management
of listed projects above with focus on the business area. 

From a business perspective, IT competence is interesting as most of our assignments use IT as one of the tools in order to support the business processes.
